1. What we collect
When you enroll in Speaker of Life Daily Word, we may collect your phone number, optional name or email address if provided, subscription consent and timestamp, messages and keyword replies (such as STOP or HELP), delivery status, and technical information needed to operate the messaging service.
2. How we use information
We use this information to manage subscriptions, send the scripture and encouragement messages you request, answer questions, record consent and opt-outs, maintain service reliability, and meet applicable legal or compliance obligations. We will not treat an ordinary website inquiry as consent to receive recurring ministry texts.
3. Sharing and SMS consent
We do not sell subscriber information or share SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers acting on our behalf (such as a text messaging platform or telecommunications carriers) solely to deliver and maintain the service, as permitted by law. Those providers must use the information only as needed to provide their services.
4. Retention
We keep subscription and messaging information while needed to operate the program and honor subscribers' preferences. After you unsubscribe, we may retain limited consent and opt-out records for compliance, dispute resolution, or preventing unwanted messages, then delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. Retention periods depend on the information, legal obligations, and the practices of our messaging provider.
5. Choices and security
Once active, you may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to the program sending number. You may also call or text (708) 743-2174 to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is perfectly secure.
