Policies & Procedures
Updated October 16, 2026 · For customers of FSE Solutions
Please review these policies before ordering. A final quote, invoice, proof and written agreement (where applicable) govern the details of an accepted order. Your legal rights under applicable law are not waived by these policies.
Print Solutions: Production, Cancellation & Refunds
NO REFUNDS AFTER PRODUCTION BEGINS — for customer-requested cancellations, changes of mind, or customer-approved content errors.
Custom design or printing begins after FSE accepts the order, receives required payment and information, and obtains applicable proof approval. Production may include custom design work, preparing files, printing, cutting, finishing, or other agreed order-specific work. Work already begun or nonrecoverable costs may affect any cancellation request.
Customers receive two complimentary revisions for eligible design services within the agreed scope before final approval. Later changes may incur additional charges.
Customer protection: This policy does not exclude remedies for FSE mistakes, defective products, failure to fulfill an accepted order, or other rights available under applicable law. FSE will investigate concerns and may offer corrections, reprints, replacement, or an appropriate refund.
Customers are asked to report printing concerns within three calendar days of receiving an order; this is not a waiver of legal rights. Completed orders are held for seven calendar days after the Ready for Pickup notice before an unclaimed-order follow-up process begins, not automatic forfeiture.
1. Business hours & communication
Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday 10 AM–2 PM; Sunday closed. After-hours services are by appointment only. Messages received outside regular hours will normally be answered on the next business day.
2. Quotes, order acceptance & payment
Published prices are starting prices, not guaranteed totals. Orders are reviewed for quantity, product specifications, artwork, materials, required delivery and timing. FSE must confirm the order before production. Full payment is required before custom print production begins. Work on custom quotes begins only under the terms approved for that project. Online card checkout is not yet active on this website.
3. Lead times and rush orders
Turnaround depends on quantity, materials, file quality, availability and existing production commitments. Large orders are not guaranteed for same-day rush fulfillment. We do not promise a universal completion time for booklets, programs, specialty stocks or other large jobs. Any completion or delivery deadline must be confirmed by FSE for that order.
4. Artwork, proofs & customer approval
Customers must supply accurate names, spelling, dates, photos, page order, copy, specifications and authorized artwork. Review every proof carefully. Written proof approval authorizes production of the approved version. Corrections or revisions after approval may incur extra charges or change the deadline. Print colors may vary reasonably from on-screen previews due to monitor settings, printers and paper stock.
5. Custom orders, cancellations and refunds
Because custom production consumes design time, paper, ink, materials and labor, custom print sales are generally final once production begins. Change-of-mind cancellations and customer errors after an approved proof are generally not refundable. If FSE makes a verified production error or goods are defective, contact us promptly with the order details and photos so we can evaluate a correction, reprint, other appropriate remedy, or refund when required by law. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law. Refund or cancellation treatment before production begins will be assessed against work already completed, committed materials and the agreed order terms.
6. Pickup, delivery and shipping
Customers must wait for an explicit Ready for Pickup notification before collecting their order. Local delivery and shipping are available only when quoted and agreed in advance, subject to location and availability. Shipping and delivery fees, applicable timing and responsibilities will be communicated before order acceptance.
9. Customer privacy and communications
Do not send payment-card numbers or sensitive identity documents in an ordinary SMS inquiry. Service-related messages are distinct from optional devotional subscriptions. Consent to receive marketing or Speaker of Life Daily Word texts is not a condition of purchase. Please review our Website Privacy Policy, SMS Terms and SMS Privacy Policy.
10. Questions or order concerns
Contact FSE Solutions at (708) 743-2174. Provide your name, order details, date and clear description of the concern. FSE will review the circumstances and respond during business hours.
Artwork standards & permissions
Preferred artwork formats are PDF, PNG, and JPG. Files should generally be at least 300 DPI at intended print size. Artwork must match the confirmed finished dimensions; where edge-to-edge printing is requested, provide 0.125-inch bleed on each side and keep essential text within the safe area specified for the product. Screen and print color differences may occur.
Customers must supply accurate wording and images they are permitted to use. If FSE identifies low resolution or other artwork issues, we may request replacement files or quote additional formatting. Proceeding after documented quality concerns are disclosed may affect expected output, but does not excuse FSE production errors.
Order changes, proof approval & unanswered messages
Eligible custom design services include two complimentary reasonable revisions within the original scope before final proof approval. Complete redesigns and added concepts may cost extra after a quote. Customers must review dates, names, QR codes, colors, quantities and layout before written proof approval. Silence is never proof approval. Changes after approval may cost extra and affect deadlines; work already underway may be impossible to reverse.
FSE may pause a job when information or approval is missing. Completion estimates will be adjusted for customer delays, and FSE will follow up using the contact details provided. Any long-term hold or cancellation will follow applicable agreements and law.
Rush orders & after-hours services
Rush, weekend and after-hours work depends on availability and may incur an additional fee disclosed before acceptance. Requested dates are not guaranteed. A rush deadline becomes binding only after FSE expressly accepts it in writing and confirms required artwork, approvals, payment, and any other conditions.
Unclaimed orders & quality concerns
Pickup items are held for seven calendar days after FSE sends a Ready for Pickup notification. After seven days, FSE begins follow-up (reminder and an opportunity to arrange pickup); items do not automatically become forfeited, discarded, or resold. Any further handling must follow an enforceable agreement and applicable law.
Customers are requested to email printing concerns to allthingsfse@gmail.com within three calendar days of receipt, with order details, photographs if available, and the quantity affected. We will review the approved proof and order specifications, investigate, and propose an appropriate remedy (correction, reprint, replacement or refund when warranted). Reporting after three days does not waive legally protected rights.
Notary Solutions — fees, identification & appointments
Notarial services depend on the notary's active commission, authorization and applicable Illinois law. The general statutory maximum is $5 per traditional non-electronic notarial act and $25 for qualifying electronic notarial acts, subject to legal exceptions and the specific service. Any permissible travel or separate non-notarial service charge is disclosed and agreed in advance, distinct from the notarial act fee.
Signers must appear by a legally permitted method and establish identity under applicable law (which may involve acceptable ID or qualifying alternative methods). The notary must assess willingness and awareness and may decline an act if legal requirements are unmet. Remote electronic notarization may require approved identity checks, technology and platform procedures. Requested appointments are not confirmed until accepted. Missed-appointment or cancellation charges, if permitted, must be clearly disclosed before agreement. FSE does not provide legal advice or choose notarial acts for customers.
Business Solutions — scope, changes & confidentiality
Business-support engagements use a written scope or proposal stating deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, payment terms, included revisions, intellectual property and permitted use, confidentiality obligations, and cancellation rules. Requests outside the agreed scope require a change quote and approval before additional paid work.
FSE will handle business information for authorized service purposes under the applicable privacy terms and project agreement. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers or highly sensitive documents via ordinary inquiry forms. Business results, funding approvals and marketing performance are not guaranteed.
